To book FlashPop Orlando for your event, simply complete our booking form and submit the required retainer and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours.

Absolutely! We create custom overlay designs to match your event's theme, colors, and style. 

 A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to your event. 

We typically arrive 2 hours before your event to ensure everything is fully set up and ready before guests arrive.
 

It depends on what's included in your selected package.  Some of our packages includes professional booth attendant to assist guests and keep everything running smoothly.

Yes! We proudly serve Orlando, Clermont, and the surrounding Central Florida area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. 

Each package includes different features. Please review our Package Features page to see what's included with each option. 

Yes! Choose from our collection of custom backdrops to complement your event. Backdrop options vary by packages, and premium backdrops are available as an upgrade for an additional charge.

Yes. Add-ons such as premium backdrops, extra hours, audio guest books, and other enhancements can be added based on availability. 

Most groups of 8–12 people can comfortably fit, depending on the booth setup and the space available. 

Yes! Depending on your package, guests can instantly receive their photos via text, email, QR code, print, or AirDrop. 

 Yes. After your event, you'll receive access to an online gallery containing all of your photos. 

We generally recommend a space of at least 10' × 10' with access to a standard electrical outlet. 

Yes, provided the booth is placed on a level surface and protected from rain, excessive wind, direct sunlight, and other weather conditions.
 

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide proof of insurance upon request.
 

 Props are available as an optional add-on and can be included with your booking for an additional fee. 

We provide photo booth experiences for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, corporate events, baby showers, graduations, school events, holiday parties, and more. 

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
